Christ in the Canyons Fellowship Church is a community of believers of different ages, backgrounds, and perspectives, all united in a common goal to grow a deeper relationship with Christ and lock arms to do life together.

Worship
Our Sunday gathering is at 10AM, but the service may start a few minutes later to allow people time to visit and develop their relationships with each other. During our time of corporate worship, we celebrate the Lord's Table, and set aside time for prayer. The worship team uses contemporary Christian worship music, along with traditional hymns.
Children's Ministry
Our children's ministry is staffed with teachers using a bible based curriculum suited to meet the growing spiritual needs of kids ages 5 to 18.
A nursery is available for children under age 5.
Our Pastor Dickie Valdez
Pastor Dickie Valdez and wife, Joann are Trinidad natives. Both attended local schools and graduated from Trinidad High School. Pastor Valdez is a veteran, having served eight years in the United States Air Force. After a brief period of time at Texas Bible College, they returned to Trinidad to raise their two children. They quickly became associated with Christ in the Canyons Fellowship. After 17 years of mentoring and maturing in Christ; they were asked to take the pastoral position with All Nations Fellowship in Trinidad. They were commissioned by the church and released to serve All Nations Fellowship, which later became Heart of Trinidad Fellowship. In 2020,
15 years later, they were asked to return to Christ in the Canyons Fellowship, and the two churches merged. They continue to minister to both the Cokedale and Trinidad communities.
